This page explains how to delete your account and permanently erase your personal data from NodajiFi. Your NodajiFi sign-in is a shared NodajiFi Labs ecosystem account; deleting it removes your data across all NodajiFi Labs apps (NodajiFi, GlobalPiggy, NodajiMarket, GuardIt, migram, BillyGo, FreshCheck, IutGotGan).
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open NodajiFi and sign in.
- Go to Profile (or Settings).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.
This works for both anonymous and registered (email / phone) accounts.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email support@nodajifilabs.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
Include the email address or phone number tied to your account and the app name NodajiFi. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before erasing, then confirm by reply.
We complete verified deletion requests without undue delay, and in any case within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account identity (email or phone, display name, profile photo).
- Your GEM balance and full reward ledger.
- NodajiFi data: Learning progress, badges, quiz/exam/course/lab records and certificates’ off-chain links.
- Your data in every other NodajiFi Labs app on the same account.
What may remain
- Privacy-free hashes. Some certificates use a one-way cryptographic hash with no personal data; the off-chain record linking it to you is deleted.
- Anonymous aggregates that cannot be traced back to you.
- Legal minimums we must keep for a limited period (if any) — kept isolated, then deleted.
