• Reward Calculation: Verifying your achievements to calculate Points (or Rewards or Gems) and creator revenue shares.

• Content Moderation: Reviewing user-submitted content for accuracy and safety.

4. Data Sharing with GlobalPiggy

NodajiFi Labs operates in partnership with the GlobalPiggy Foundation to provide financial rewards.

• To enable the "Learn-to-Earn" feature, we share your Points (or Rewards or Gems) Balance and Wallet Public Address with GlobalPiggy upon your request.
• We do not have access to your private keys or financial transaction history held within the GlobalPiggy Wallet.

5. Opting Out of Communications

You may receive occasional updates from NodajiFi Labs. If you wish to opt out, you can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting us at together@nodajifilabs.com. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the learning platform.

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your learning history and email address. Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. User Rights

Depending on your location (GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your learning history and account data.
• Rectification: Update your email or nickname.
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account. Note: Deleting your NodajiFi account will erase your un-minted Points (or Rewards or Gems).
• Portability: Download your data for personal reference.

8. Data Transparency & Creator Economy

NodajiFi Labs is committed to transparency regarding the Creator Economy. Revenue generated by user content is audited to ensure fair distribution of the 50% revenue share to creators.

9. Third-Party Services

NodajiFi may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites, including the GlobalPiggy Wallet app, which is governed by its own separate privacy policy.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
