1. Terms Agreement

By accessing or using the NodajiFi platform provided by NodajiFi Labs ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our educational content, creator tools, and community features.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Overview

NodajiFi is a global interactive learning platform operated by NodajiFi Labs (Seoul, Korea). While our foundation is built on Hallyu (Korean Wave) culture, the Service provides educational content across various genres allowing users to earn "Learning Points" through quizzes, courses, challenges, and community interaction.

3. User Registration

To access the Service, users must register an account using an email address. We prioritize privacy and do not collect unnecessary personal identifiers (such as real name or phone number) for the learning platform. Users participate using a nickname and avatar.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Service complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We collect only the data necessary to track your learning progress and calculate rewards.

Users can request account deletion at any time, which results in the permanent removal of all learning history and associated data.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Cheating: Using bots, scripts, or exploits to falsify learning progress or quiz results.
• Harmful Content: Posting false, misleading, harassing, or hate speech content.
• IP Infringement: Uploading content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• System Abuse: Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's stability.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of un-minted Learning Points.

6. Content Submission (Creator Economy)

Users may submit original educational content (articles, quizzes, videos) for review. By submitting content, you grant NodajiFi Labs a license to display and monetize said content on the platform.

NodajiFi Labs reserves the right to reject content based on accuracy, suitability, and quality standards.

7. Revenue Sharing & Rewards

We believe in fair compensation for knowledge sharing. Users who submit approved content are eligible to receive 50% of the revenue generated from their content's engagement.

• Calculation: Revenue share is calculated monthly based on ad revenue and premium unlock fees attributable to your content.
• Distribution: Rewards are credited as Learning Points or convertible value within the ecosystem.
• Compliance: Creators must adhere to all copyright laws to be eligible for payouts.

8. Integration with GlobalPiggy

Important: NodajiFi Labs provides educational tracking and "Pre-Mint" points. To convert these points into cryptocurrency or use them for real-world transactions, you must connect to the GlobalPiggy Wallet.

NodajiFi Labs is not responsible for financial transactions, minting fees, or wallet security, which are governed by the GlobalPiggy Foundation terms.

9. Disclaimer on Content

While we strive for accuracy, NodajiFi Labs does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of user-generated educational content. Learning material is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (Seoul). Any legal disputes related to the educational platform or content ownership will be settled in the competent courts of Korea.
