Introduction
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the nodajifilabs.com service ("Service") provided by NodajiFi Labs ("the Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Core promise — learning rewards (GEM) GEM is earned only through learning/activity, used only inside the Service, and cannot be converted to cash (the same structure as airline mileage). The Company promises no monetary gain of any kind.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters regarding use of the Service.

3. Posting and Amendment of Terms
- The Company posts these Terms where users can easily see them (app initial screen or a linked screen).
- The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law.
- Amendments state the effective date and reason, with notice at least 7 days in advance (at least 30 days for adverse or material changes).
- A user who disagrees with amended Terms may terminate the agreement (withdraw).
4. Formation of the Agreement and Age
- The agreement forms when the user agrees to these Terms, applies to join, and the Company accepts.
- Sign-up uses email/phone and passwordless login (magic link / OTP). Users are responsible for keeping their authentication means secure.
- Users may try some features in an anonymous session before joining, but GEM accrual begins only upon formal sign-up.
- The Service is available only to users aged 16 or older. We verify age via date of birth at sign-up; users under 16 cannot join.
5. Nature of GEM — Core Clause
The "Three Gates Closed" rule for GEM — an immutable rule the Company never breaks
- GEM is earned only through learning/activity. It cannot be purchased with cash.
- GEM cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for cash or other assets. There is no withdrawal function at all.
- GEM cannot be transferred, sent, or traded between users.
- GEM is used only for in-service goods/services (content unlocks, special exams, cheering, etc.).
Therefore GEM has no cash value, and the Company never promises, implies, or suggests any listing plan, price, market value, monetary return, or yield for GEM. This design categorically excludes gambling / exchange regulation and protects users.
6. Service Provision and Revenue Model
The Company's revenue comes not from selling GEM but from the following, fully separated from the GEM economy:
- First-party ads: our own ads, with no third-party ad SDKs
- Optional subscriptions: ad removal / premium experience
- Commerce (where applicable): sale of goods/services
Principle: "GEM is the reward for learning; cash is the price of experiences/goods" — fully separated.
7. User Obligations
- Users must not:
- misappropriate others' information or register false information
- earn rewards through bots, automation, or fraud (abuse)
- disrupt stable operation of the Service
- infringe the IP or likeness rights of the Company or third parties
- post false, deceptive, harassing, or hateful content harmful to others
- do anything prohibited by law or these Terms
- If abuse is confirmed, the Company may claw back rewards, restrict use, or terminate the agreement.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
- Content provided by the Service and related IP belong to the Company or rightful owners.
- Under the "link, don't host" principle, third-party content (e.g., official videos) is linked via lawful official APIs, not copied or hosted without authorization.
- Users may not copy, distribute, transmit, or adapt Service content without prior consent.
- Rights in content posted by users belong to the users; the Company may use it only within the scope of operating and promoting the Service.
9. Ads and Notifications
- The Company runs only first-party ad slots and uses no third-party ad SDKs.
- Push notifications are capped at 1–2 per day; users control frequency, timing, and type.
- Notifications linked across brand apps require explicit opt-in and a cooldown.
10. The Company's Promises on Marketing and Expression
- We do not use expressions implying monetary gain such as "income," "investment," "making money," or "passive income."
- We do not use imagery of wealth, earnings proof, or economic success stories in ads/content.
- We do not introduce monetary/redeemable rewards for user referrals; invitations operate only as a single-level flat structure (no multi-level / pyramid structures).
- All ads, promises, and figures are published only after internal fact-checking.
11. Termination and Restriction
- Users may withdraw at any time via in-app settings; we process it without delay.
- On withdrawal, accrued GEM and unused benefits are forfeited; as GEM is non-redeemable, no separate settlement occurs.
- If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use or terminate after prior notice (or after the fact in urgent cases).
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or causes attributable to the user.
- Because GEM has no cash value, no monetary damages arise from its accrual, forfeiture, or use.
- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content; learning materials are for informational/educational purposes.
- We bear liability only to the extent permitted by applicable law; absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages related to free-of-charge use.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (the Company's location). Mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by the user's country of residence are not affected.
- The Company and users will try in good faith to resolve disputes amicably.
- If unresolved, the competent court at the Company's location under applicable law has jurisdiction.

A. Conditions of website use
- This website (nodajifilabs.com) provides information, document hosting, and contact for the NodajiFi ecosystem.
- IP in the website content (text, images, logo, design) belongs to the Company or rightful owners; unauthorized copying/distribution is prohibited.
- Browsing is free and available without sign-up; some features (inquiries) require input.
B. Crypto / finance statement (v1 — important)
The v1 website offers no solicitation, sale, or brokerage of cryptocurrency, digital assets, or investment.
- The site contains no crypto solicitation content such as token sales (ICO/IEO/IDO), coin prices, investment returns, or airdrops.
- GEM is introduced only as a no-cash-value point, with no suggestion of redeemability or convertibility (three gates closed).
- Digital-asset features, if ever introduced, would be launched only by separate notice and separate consent.

The website may contain links to third-party sites; the Company is not responsible for their content/policies. Site information is provided "as is"; we do not warrant accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
