This page explains how to delete your account and erase your personal data from JumunCheck. Your JumunCheck sign-in is a shared NodajiFi ecosystem account; deleting it removes your data across all our apps (NodajiFi, GlobalPiggy, NodajiMarket, GuardIt, Migram, BillyGo, JumunCheck, IutGotGan, JumunCheck).
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open JumunCheck and sign in.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account and the data on our servers are erased (except as noted below) and you are signed out.
Your phone keeps its own copy of your food profile, scans, order cards and meal records until you tap Me → Delete all local data or uninstall the app. Do this as well if you want nothing left on the phone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email together@nodajifilabs.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
Include the email address or phone number tied to your account and the app name JumunCheck. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before erasing, then confirm by reply.
We complete verified deletion requests without undue delay, and in any case within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account identity (email or phone, display name, profile photo).
- JumunCheck data on our servers: your scan results (menu text, prices, allergen labels, restaurant, country and city) and your daily AI-scan counter.
- Shared menu photos (only if "Share menu photos" was on): reduced menu photos without people are deleted together with your account.
- Your GEM balance, reward ledger and data in every other NodajiFi ecosystem app on the same account.
What may remain
- Daily restaurant-search counters (your account ID, the date and a count), used only to cap usage. Email us to have them removed.
- Anonymous restaurant information built from scans (dish names, prices, counts) — it contains no account identifier and cannot be traced back to you.
- Legal minimums we must keep for a limited period (if any) — kept isolated, then deleted.
