These app-scoped terms supplement the ecosystem-wide NodajiFi Terms of Service. Where the two differ for NodajiMarket, this page prevails.
1. The service
NodajiMarket provides a marketplace where you can order goods from artists, creators, and sellers. Orders are concluded between you and the seller; NodajiFi Labs facilitates listing, ordering, and shipping status but is not the manufacturer of the goods. Payment is non-custodial — completed through your own method — and we do not hold your funds. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for lawful, genuine, age-appropriate goods; counterfeit, illegal, or infringing items are removed. You keep the consumer rights granted by your local law, including any applicable cancellation/return rights; use “My Orders” to request a cancellation or refund and report problems in-app.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Your sign-in is a single NodajiFi Labs ecosystem account shared by all our apps: your GEM balance and achievements follow you across the ecosystem. The service is available only to users aged 16 or older. Sign-in is passwordless (email magic link or phone OTP); no social login is offered. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in channel (email / phone) secure.
3. GEM rewards
What GEM is. GEM is a reward point earned only through learning and genuine participation. It cannot be purchased with cash, cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for cash or crypto, and cannot be transferred between users ("three gates closed"). GEM has no cash value and is not a cryptocurrency, security, or investment.
GEM balances may be adjusted or revoked where earned through abuse, automation, or fraud. Unused GEM is forfeited when the account is deleted.
4. Acceptable use
- No abuse, automation, or manipulation of rewards or scores.
- No unlawful, infringing, hateful, or age-inappropriate content or conduct.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
- No impersonation of NodajiFi Labs or other users.
5. Content and intellectual property
The service, its content, and its software are owned by NodajiFi Labs or its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service (hosting, display, moderation). We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" within the scope permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the past 12 months — which, for this free, non-cash service, is typically zero; statutory rights that cannot be limited are unaffected.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. You may delete your account at any time — see Delete Your Account.
8. Changes
We give in-app notice at least 7 days before changes take effect (at least 30 days for material changes adverse to users).
9. Governing law and contact
